Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 cube of sugar
- 4 dashes of angostura aromatic bitters
- 1/2 shot of bourbon whisky
- Top up with Brut champagne
Method
Coat the sugar cube with bitters and drop in to the glass. Pour the Brut champagne and bourbon whisky in to the chilled glass.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of scotch whiskey
- 1 1/2 shots of apple juice
- 1/2 shot of stone's original green ginger wine
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to a chilled glass.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 spoon of runny honey
- 1 shot of jack daniels
- 1 shot of tequila
- 2 shots of apple juice
- Top up with ginger ale
Method
Stir the honey with the whiskey in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add the apple juice and tequila and shake with ice. Strain in to an ice filled glass and top up with ginger ale.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of spirit(gin, whiskey, vodka, brandy)
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed shot of lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup - click here to buy

- Top up with soda water
Method
Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice and strain in to a chilled glass. Top with soda water.

- 3 spoons of runny honey
- 2 shots of scotch whiskey
- 1 shot of double cream
- 1 shot of milk
Method
Stir honey and scotch in the base of the shaker until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

- 1 fresh passion fruit
- 2 shots of jack daniels whiskey
- 1/2 shot of licor 43 liqueur
- 3 shots of pineapple juice

Method
Vut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh in to the shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.

Muddle the ginger and the mint in the base of the shaker. Add the other ingredients, shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup - click here to buy

Method
Stir one shot of bourbon with two ice cubes in a glass. Add sugar syrup and angostura bitters and two more ice cubes. Stir some more and add another two ice cubes and the rest of the bourbon. Stir lots and add more ice.

- 1 shot of pineapple juice
