Ingredients & Method

Cocktail Ingredients

- 2oz Bourbon (Alberta Straubs Version)
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 4 Peach slices soaked in ginger cardomom sugar
- Handful of mint leaves
- A splash of ginger cardomom sugar
- Top up with Ginger Beer


There are 2 ways to do this, the Alberta Straub way or the NO BITS way, here are both ways:

Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer into a highball glass then give them all a good muddle. Add some crushed ice and churn the ingredients. Add some more crushed ice and top up with ginger beer. Give it one last churn and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and some root ginger.


Add all the ingredients into your boston glass (except the ginger beer) and muddle. Add some ice and shake with your Boston Shaker. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with ginger beer and churn/stir. The NO BITS way.
