The South American cocktail is one of the tastiest cocktails. With fresh limes, raw sugar and the sugar based spirit Cachaca, it really does outline the essence of its home country, Brazil.

Ingredients & Method

Cocktail Ingredients

- 3/4 lime cut into wedges
- 2 shots of leblon cachaca
- 3/4 shots of sugar syrup

Method

Muddle the limes in the base of the shaker to release the juices and oils from the skin. Pour the cachaca and sugar syrup in to the glass and fill with crushed ice. Churn and stir with your bar spoon.
