If you like Manhattans, you're going to love this flighty twist on a classic Bourbon drink. An Alberta original, it includes sweet Vermouth, Amaro, Fee Brothers Bitters, and Campari.

Ingredients & Method

Cocktail Ingredients

- 2oz of Bourbon Whiskey
- 3/4oz of Ramazzotti Amaro Bitters
- 3/4oz of Campari
- A few dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
- Couple of tears of orange peel - Large Ice Cubes


Add the Bourbon, Ramazzotti Amaro Bitters, Campari, Fee Brothers Bitters and a couple of tears of orange peel to a Boston glass. Add the large ice cubes and stir with your bar spoon to get the liqueur cold (you don't want to dilute the cocktail with the ice - that's why we're not shaking). Strain into a Champagne Coupette with a Julep strainer. To garnish, flame an orange peel for extra effect.
