These cocktail recipes don't only show you which ingredients to put in to the cocktail but the method in which you make the cocktail.
1. Mojito

Cocktail Ingredients
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 3/4 shots of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Method
Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the base of the glass (just to bruise). Then add the rum, lime and sugar syrup. Half fill your glass with crushed ice and stir with your bar spoon. Top up with the soda and enjoy this fantastic cocktail.

2. Caipirovska
 |
Cocktail Ingredients
- 3/4 lime cut in to wedges
- 2 shots of vodka
- 3/4 shots of sugar syrup
Method
Muddle the lime in the base of the glass. Add the vodka and sugar syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir with your bar spoon.

3. Raspberry Mule

Cocktail Ingredients
- 12 fresh raspberries
- 2 shots of vodka
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with ginger beer
Method
Muddle the raspberries in the base of the shaker. Add the vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake. Fine strain in to an ice filled glass and top up with ginger beer. Stir with your bar spoon and enjoy this delicious cocktail.

4. Cosmopolitan

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 1/2 shots of citroen vodka
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 shot of cranberry juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

5. Gin-ger & Tonic

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 slices of fresh root ginger (thumbnail size)
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with tonic water
Method
Muddle the ginger in the base of the shaker. Add gin and sugar syrup. Shake with ice and fine stain in to an ice filled glass. Top up with tonic water.

6. Strawberry Martini

Cocktail Ingredients
- 5 fresh hulled strawberries (chopped)
- 2 1/2 shots of vodka
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- 2 grinds of black pepper
Method
Muddle the strawberries in the base of the shaker. Add the other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

7. Basilian
 |
Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 inch of fresh cucumber peeled and chopped
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 2 shots of leblon cachaca
- 3/4 shot of grand marnier liquer
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with ginger ale
Method
Muddle the cucumber and basil in the base of the shaker. Add the leblon cachaca, grand marnier liquer, lime juice and sugar syrup. Sahke with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass. Top up with ginger ale.

8. Jean Marc

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 slices of fresh root ginger (thmbnail size)
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 shots of green chartreuse liquer
- 1/4 shot of apple schnapps liquer
- Top up with appletiser
Method
Muddle the mint and ginger in the base of the shaker. Add the green chartreuse liquer and apple schnapps. Shake with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass. Top with appletiser and stir.

9. Long Island Ice Tea
 |
Cocktail Ingredients
- 1/2 shot of white rum
- 1/2 shot of gin
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of tequila
- 1/2 shot of triple sec
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with cola
Method
Shake all ingredients except the cola in an ice filled shaker and strain in to an ice filled glass. Top with cola and stir. This is a tasty drink!

10. Major Bailey

Cocktail Ingredients
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
Method
Lightly muddle (just to bruise) the mint with the gin in the bottom of the shaker. Add all the other ingredients and shake with ice in the shaker. Finely strain in to a glass half filled with crushed ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Top the glass to the brim with more crushed ice and stir again.
