General Delivery Information

The Cocktail Stores standard delivery is via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched via Royal Mail the same day (working days only). Any order that has been placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders that are dispatched using Royal Mail are posted out 1st Class and should be with you within 1-3 working days. The Cocktail Store cannot be held responsible for any delayed delivery due to Postal Strikes or any other unforeseen circumstance.

Delivery will NEVER total more than £7.25 for deliveries within the UK.

International Delivery

The Cocktail Store delivers to customers around the world. Please make sure you select the correct option at checkout for your delivery. The price of delivery is calculated by the weight of the order. Our international deliveries take 5-10 working days for delivery depending on the distance from the UK. Please be patient whilst waiting for your order, we will contact you if there is an issue with the delivery.

A Simple Breakdown of Our Delivery Costs - Excluding Glassware

Combination's of items from different items from different weight groups will take the value of either the heavier of the two groups or a heavier group as delivery is based on the weight of the WHOLE order.
