Wagon Wheel

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 1/2 shots of southern comfort
- 1 1/2 shots of remy martin cognac
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain glass filled with crushed ice.

Wanton Abandon

Cocktail Ingredients
- 5 fresh strawberries
- 2 shots of vodka
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with Brut champagne
Method
Muddle strawberries in the base of the shaker. Add the next three ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Top up with champagne.

Warsaw Cooler

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 spoons of runny honey
- 1 1/2 shots of zubrowka bison vodka
- 1/2 shot of spiced rum
- 1/4 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 shots of apple juice
Method
Stir the honey with the vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.

Watermelon Martini

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1/16 of a watermelon (diced)
- 2 shots of vodka
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
Method
Cut the watermelon into 16 segments, chop the flesh from one segment into cubes and muddle in the base of the shaker. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 shot of absinthe
- 1 shot of peach schnapps liqueur
- 1 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
- Top up with lemonade
Method
Shake all first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with lemonade.
