Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of campari
- 1 shot of sweet vermouth
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

Vanilla Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of vanilla infused light white rum
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- 3/4 shot of chilled mineral water
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass

Venus Martini

Cocktail Ingredients
- 7 fresh raspberries
- 2 shots of plymouth gin
- 1 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 3 dashes of peychauds aromatic bitters
Method
Muddle the raspberries in the base of the shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Vodka Collins

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of vodka
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Method
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda and lightly stir.

Voodoo

- 2 shots of aged rum
- 3/4 shots of sweet vermouth
- 2 1/2 shots of apple juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
