Tainted Cherry

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 3/4 shots of vodka
- 3/4 shot of cherry brandy liqueur
- 1 3/4 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Tarraberry'tini

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 sprigs of fresh tarragon
- 1 1/2 shots of cranberry flavoured vodka
- 1/4 shot of pernod anis
- 2 shots of cranberry juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Muddle tarragon in the base of the shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Tequila Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of tequila
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with lemonade
Method
Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with lemonade and stir.

- 1 shot of brut champagne
Method
Pour tequila into glass and carefully layer the champagne into the glass.

- 1 shot of jack daniels
- 1/2 shot of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec

- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with cola
Method
Shake the first six ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with cola and stir.

Method

- 1 shot of ricard pastis
- 1/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrupe
- Top up with chilled water
Method
Pour the pastis and grenadine into the glass. Serve the ice water separately in a jug. Pour water in at own discretion. Add ice.
