- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of chilled mineral water

- 2 shots of gin
- 2 shots of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Top up with soda water
Method
Shake first two ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with soda and stir.

No.10 Lemonade

Cocktail Ingredients
- 12 fresh blueberries
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 1 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 shots of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Method
Muddle blueberries in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda and lightly stir.
