Mac Orange

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of scotch whiskey
- 1 shot of stones ginger wine
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- 3 dashes of fee brothers aromatic bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

- 2 shots of vodka
- 3 shots of cranberry juice
- 2 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice
Method

Mai Tai

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 shots of rum
- 1/2 shot of dutch orange curacao liqueur
- 1/4 shot of almond sugar syrup
- 1/4 shot of rock candy syrup
Method
Squeeze half the lime over the ice in the glass. Add remaining ingredients to glass and enough ice to fill glass. Squeeze the other half of the lime over the drink.

Major Bailey

Cocktail Ingredients
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
Method
Lightly muddle the mint with gin in the base of the shaker (just bruise the mint). Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into a glass half filled with ice. Stir drink with ice using a bar spoon. Top the glass up to the brim with crushed ice and churn again.

- 2 shots of tequila
- 1 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Don't forget to salt the rim using salt and lime.

- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 shot of sugar syrup
- 2 shots of pernod anis
- Top up with soda water
Method

- 2 shots of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shots of sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of chilled mineral water
Method

- Top up with soda water
Method
