Jack Punch

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 fresh passion fruit
- 2 shots of jack daniels whiskey
- 1/2 shot of licor 43 liqueur
- 3 shots of pineapple juice
- 1/8 shot of sugar syrup
- 3 dashes of angostura aromatic bitters
Method
Vut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh in to the shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.

Jamaican Mule

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of spiced rum
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with ginger beer
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 slices of fresh root ginger (thumbnail size)
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 shots of green chartreuse liqueur
- 1/4 shot of apple schnapps liqueur
- Top up with appletiser
Method
Muddle the mint and ginger in the base of the shaker. Add next two ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into an ice filled glass. Top with appeltiser, stir and serve.

- 1 1/2 shots of jack daniels whiskey

- 2 1/2 shots of frshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/2 shots of cranberry juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method

- 2 shots of tequila
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Method
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain in to an ice filled glass. Top up with soda, stir and serve.

Jumbled Fruit Julep

Cocktail Ingredients
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh hulled strawberries
- 2 shots of mango flavoured vodka
- 1 shot of apple juice
- 1/2 shot of passion fruit sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Muddle the strawberries and then the mint in the base of the shaker (just bruise the mint). Add other ingredients, shake with ice and stain in to glass filled with crushed ice.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 spoons of runny honey
- 2 shots of cranberry flavoured vodka
- 1 shot of pineapple juice
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 dashes of angostura aromatic bitters
Method
Stir the honey with the vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add the other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
