Hair of the Dog

Cocktail Ingredients
- 3 spoons of runny honey
- 2 shots of scotch whiskey
- 1 shot of double cream
- 1 shot of milk
Method
Stir honey and scotch in the base of the shaker until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

Hawaiian Seabreeze

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of mango flavoured vodka
- 2 1/2 shots of cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 shots of pineapple juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.

- 1 shot of pernod anis
- Top up with Brut champagne
Method
Pour anis in to a chilled glass. Top up with champagne.

Honey Bee

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 2 spoons of runny honey
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 shot of chilled mineral water
Method
Stir honey with vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain in to an ice filled glass.

Honeysuckle Daiquiri

- 2 shots of light white rum
- 4 spoons of runny honey
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Stir honey with the rum in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Fine strain in to a chilled glass.

- 1 shot of gin
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup

- 1 shot of pusser's navy rum
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 shot of pineapple juice
- 3/4 shot of lime cordial
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of passion fruit sugar syrup
