Garibaldi

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of campari
- Top up with freshly squeezed orange juice
Method
Pour campari in to an ice filled glass. Top up with orange juice, stir and serve.

Gin Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of gin
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Method
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain in to a chilled glass. Top up with soda.

Ginger and Tonic

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 slices of fresh root ginger (thumbnail size)
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with tonic water
Method
Muddle the ginger in the base of the shaker, and gin and sugar, shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with tonic water.

Ginger Nut

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 1/2 shots of frangelico hazlenut liqueur
- 1 1/2 shots of citroen vodka
- Top up with ginger beer
Method
Pour all ingredients in to an ice filled glass and stir.

Grape Martini

Cocktail Ingredients
- 12 fresh seedless grapes
- 2 shots of vodka
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
Method
Muddle the grapes in the base of the shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

- 7 seedless white grapes
- 2 shots of vodka
- 3/4 shot of sauvignon blanc
- 1 shot of apple juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
Method
