Fizz

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of spirit(gin, whiskey, vodka, brandy)
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed shot of lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of egg white (optional)
- Top up with soda water
Method
Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice and strain in to a chilled glass. Top with soda water.

Fog Horn

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of roses lime cordial
- Top up with ginger ale
Method
Pour all ingredients in to an ice filled glass and stir.

Forbidden Fruits

Cocktail Ingredients
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 4 fresh blueberries
- 4 fresh blackberries
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 2 shots of gin
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with ginger beer
Method
Muddle the berries in the base of the shaker and then add the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup. Shake with ice and fine strain in to a glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with ginger beer.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with Brut champagne
Method
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain in to a chilled glass. Top up with champagne.

- 2 shots lime flavoured vodka
- 1/2 shot of dry vermouth
- Top up with lemonade
Method
Pour ingredients in to an ice filled glass and stir.

Full Circle

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of gin
- 3 shots of pommegranate juice
- 3/4 shot of pineapple juice
Method
Cut pommegranate in half and extract juice with juicer. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to an ice filled glass.
