Cocktail Ingredients - 2 shots of light white rum - 3/4 shot of pineapple juice - 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice - 1/4 shot of pommegranate (grenadine) syrup Method Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
