Daiquiri

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of light or aged rum
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 shot of sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of chilled mineral water
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 2 shots of buffalo trace bourbon whiskey
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of pommegranate (grenadine) syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a glass filled with crushed ice.

- 1 1/2 shots of gin
- 1 1/2 shots of boulard grand solage calvados
- 1/4 shot of ricard pastis
- 1/2 shot of pommegranate (grenadine) syrup
Method
Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

Detox

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1/2 shot of teichenne peach schnapps liqueur
- 1/2 shot of cranberry juice
- 1/2 shot of vodka
Method
Make sure ingredients are chilled. Then layer ingredients in the order above in a chilled glass.

Cocktail Ingredients
- 4 spoons of runny honey
- 2 1/2 shots of vodka
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Stir the honey and vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add lime juice, shake with ice and strain in to a glass filled with crushed ice.

Dry Martini

Cocktail Ingredients
- 3/4 shot of dry vermouth
- 2 1/2 shots of gin
- 2 dashes of fee brothers orange bitters (optional)
Method
Stir vermouth with ice and strain to discard excess, leaving the glass and ice coated with vermouth. Pour gin over vermouth coated ice, stir and strain in to a chilled glass.
