Balalaika

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 1/4 shot of vodka
- 1 1/4 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.

Basilian

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 inch of fresh cucumber peeled and chopped
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 2 shots of leblon cachaca
- 3/4 grand marnier liqueur
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with ginger ale
Method
Muddle cucumber and basil in the base of the shaker. Add the next four ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass. Top with ginger ale.

Bay Breeze

- 2 shots of vodka
- 1 1/2 shots of cranberry juice
- 2 1/2 shots of pineapple juice
Method

Bee Sting

Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 spoon of runny honey
- 1 shot of jack daniels
- 1 shot of tequila
- 2 shots of apple juice
- Top up with ginger ale
Method
Stir the honey with the whiskey in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add the apple juice and tequila and shake with ice. Strain in to an ice filled glass and top up with ginger ale.

Black Velvet

Cocktail Ingredients
- 8 fresh raspberries
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with Brut champagne
Method
Muddle the raspberries in the base of the shaker. Add the vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup and shake with ice. Fine strain in to a chilled glass and top up with champagne

- 7 fresh raspberries
- 2 shots of orange infused vodka
- 1/2 shot of raspberry (framboise) liqueur
- 1 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/4 shots of cranberyy juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Muddle the raspberries in the base of the shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass.

- 2 shots of vodka
- 4 shots of tomato juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon
- 8 drops of tobasco sauce
- 4 dashes of lea and perrins worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 spoon of horseradish sauce
- 1/2 shot of tawny port
- 2 pinches of salet
- 2 pinches of black pepper
Method
